Processing Times

Please allow us up to 3 business days to ship your product(s). 

We will do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible. If for any reason we need more than 3 days to ship or item is temporarily unavailable we will let you know. If you need an item by a certain date, please email us to let us know. 

If you are interested in something that is out of stock please email us because we might be getting the item back in stock shortly.

Delivery in the US

We ship by UPS Ground or USPS which takes between 2-5 days to deliver. Please email us if you need or would like to request expedited shipping (additional charges will apply).

 

International Orders

We will ship outside of the U.S.  Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries, not including processing times. 

Please note that Customs regulations require an invoice attached to every order shipped outside the  U.S.

All International Sales are final and we do not take Returns or Exchanges on International Sales! 

Duties, taxes and shipping charges on International Orders are customer's responsibility.

Shipping Cost

Our shipping cost is $18 per package (in U.S. only).

U.S. orders of $250 or more are shipped for free. 

All International Orders require a shipping quote. Please e-mail us at sales@ilinenlifestyle.com to request it and allow us 2 business days to respond.

If you need your order expedited, please email us also to estimate cost and delivery.

Wholesale Shipping

If you are a wholesale customer, due to differences in shipping cost, we will email you a shipping invoice that must be paid before shipping your merchandise.
